Sauteed Portabello Mushrooms
2 tb olive oil
1 lb sliced portabello mushrooms
1 tsp lemon juice or Real lemon
salt and ground pepper or Tabasco
Pinch of Oregano
2-3 garlic cloves thinly sliced
cilantro, chopped, to taste
Sauté the mushrooms in the olive oil. Add the lemon,
cilantro and garlic cloves, and sauté over medium heat
for 5 minutes or until just tender. Season with salt,
pepper and oregano. Serve as a side dish.
Serving Notes:
- Excellent served on any kind of potato - mashed, baked, etc.
